XAIO is now XAEIO
A new name, one letter longer — and nothing for you to do. Here is exactly what changes, what stays, and when.
We have a new name. XAIO is now XAEIO. That is the whole change: one letter, in the middle of a word you already know.
Everything behind the name stays where it is. The same product, the same team, the same prices, the same projects, the same code in your repositories. Your login works tomorrow the way it works today. There is nothing you need to migrate, re-authorize or re-configure.
Why we changed it
A product name has to be unambiguously ours — as a registered trademark, in every market we sell in. XAIO sat close enough to other marks that keeping it would have meant years of argument instead of years of building.
XAEIO is clear. We would rather spend that time on your software.
What stays exactly the same
- Your account, your login and your projects. Nothing to migrate, nothing to re-authorize.
- Your published sites keep their addresses. What lives on a .xaio.app address stays there — we are not moving customer domains.
- Our company name. Invoices, contracts and legal documents continue to read XAIO FlexCo. That registration is unchanged for now, and if it ever changes we will say so here first.
- Our email addresses. Write to the same address you always have, and mail from us still arrives from the same sender.
- Prices, plans, and your AI Task balance.
What changes, and when
The new home is xaeio.ai. Over the coming weeks the new name and logo move through the product, the website, our emails and the documentation — a piece at a time, not all at once.
While that happens, the addresses you already use keep working. Nothing breaks on the day the new name appears, and you do not have to update a bookmark to stay logged in. When the move is finished we will point the old addresses at the new ones, and you will read about it here before it happens.
If something looks half-renamed
A rename touches a lot of small places at the same time: a logo that has not caught up yet, an email signature, a screenshot in the docs. If you spot one, tell us and we will fix it.
And if anything about the change is unclear, just reply to any email from us. We read them, and we will answer.
